  • • Reward points expire and reset to zero at the end of every calendar year regardless of sign-up date.

    • The 10% off chemical discount cannot be combined with any other discounts. During additional chemical sales in store, the sale worth the higher percentage will be applied to your sale, but will never be combined with the Splash Pass discount.

    • *500 point reward 20% off coupon will be sent out to the appropriate customers who have met their 500 point criteria on the first week of every month. Coupons will have a 2 month expiration date after the date of distribution. (cannot be combined with other discounts, and cannot be used towards Points Program exclusions)

    • 20 free points will be applied to your account when water testing at one of our locations. Please note, water testing services are free, so no transaction needs to occur in order to receive water testing points.

    • Additional discounts on sales for Splash Pass holders is at the discretion of Fox Pool & Spa Services and will be announced when applicable.

    • The points program excludes: Inground Pool Builds/Installation costs, Ultimate Pool Kits, Luxury Hot Tubs, Service payments, Gift Cards, Contract payments, Vinyl Liner purchases, Lock-In Winter Covers, Safety Covers, and Vacuums carried in–store.
