Project Timeline
Your fully customized backyard paradise is achieved in five simple steps:
Initial constulation
Meeting with Designer at Client’s Home or in store (York location). Ideas are considered for design renderings and quote*. A land survey may take place.
*Non-refundable design deposit is due at this time.
2 weeks- design quote & rendering
Approximate estimation for calculating a full quote and design rendering. Partial quotes available before the final upon request.
Contracts Signed
Design rendering and quotes are approved. First round of deposits in payment schedule are made by Client*. Applications for permits are filled out by Fox Pool & Spa and submitted by Client. A construction date is determined and saved.
*Payments for materials are on-going. A payment schedule will be determined by Designer and Client.
8-12 Week Construction
We work quickly, efficiently, and professionally to bring your dream backyard to life as soon as possible. However, timing is dependent on scope of project, weather, and potential factors outside of our Team’s control.
Please know, building a complete backyard oasis is a considerable undertaking. Your yard will become a construction project. The final end-product will be your vision brought to life, and well worth the process.
Finalization
All landscaping is completed during the final days of the project. All final deposits are paid in full by Client. Pool/hot tub orientations, and all maintenance documentation is provided by Fox Pool & Spa.
Fox Pool & Spa Design Services encompasses your entire backyard.
While selective services and add-on projects are encouraged and considered, we specialize in full backyard builds. Due to the current cost of materials, We strongly recommend a beginning budget of atleast $150,000 for Design Services.
